Update on Class Reunion Jersey Orders
Dear Banneker High Class of 2005 Alumni,
We hope this message finds you well and that you enjoyed reconnecting during our recent reunion.
We regret to inform you that the jersey order placed for the event was unfortunately not fulfilled by the vendor. In response, our event planner has filed a dispute with the bank to recover the funds, and that process is currently underway.
While all payments made toward the reunion itself are non-refundable, the cost of the jerseys will be fully refunded to those who purchased them. We anticipate the refund will be processed within the next 60 days, pending the conclusion of the bank’s dispute process.
Once received, refund payments will be issued via check to the mailing addresses provided at the reunion. If your address has changed or you did not provide one at the event, please send a text or email with your updated mailing information as soon as possible.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this matter.

We truly understand that this change may cause inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause to your plans. Please know that this decision was not made lightly, and our primary goal is to create a memorable and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

The reunion will be a single event held on Saturday, June 28, 2025.
All guests are required to purchase a $100 ticket no later than May 15, 2025 to attend. This ticket will allow attendees access into the party, food, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Sponsorships and donations remain essential for us to achieve our goal. You can find these options, along with the opportunity to purchase a custom baseball jersey, on the order form.

Time: 6:00pm-Midnight
Attire: 1990s Urban Casual Clothing OR Custom Jersey for Alumni
Guests must be 21+
All guests are required to purchase a $100 ticket no later than May 15, 2025 to attend. This ticket will allow attendees access into the party, food, and non-alcoholic beverages. Cash Cocktail Bar will be available.

The reunion is a ticketed event. Every adult attendee (21+) will need to purchase a ticket for entry into the event.

To become a Reunion Sponsor, just upgrade your Alumni Ticket with the contribution you would like to make.
To help us reach our goal faster, we have added the option for guests to make smaller donations in $20 increments. Each donation of $20 will be rewarded with a drink ticket for the bar. This ticket can be redeemed for two cocktails.

All sales are final. Neither the BHS Reunion Committee (“the Client”) nor 3251 Events (“the Planner”) will issue refunds under any circumstances.
